Emergency Transformer Swap Out
- Load new unit to SPMT
- Transport from storage pad to beside new foundation
- Remove old unit from current foundation via jack & slide
- Set old unit to temporary storage pad
- Set new unit to permanent foundation via jack & slide
- Load old unit to SPMT and transport to designated scrapping area
